The Push for Change

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
This is exactly what Joe Roberts is doing as he pushes his shopping cart 9,000 km across Canada to help raise awareness and funding to help prevent youth homelessness. On October 23, 2016, Joe’s journey will bring him to Toronto’s Yonge-Dundas Square where you can learn how Push for Change is fighting for Canada’s youth.

On Sunday, October 23rd, 2016, hundreds of people gathered around Yonge and Dundas Square, in downtown Toronto, to support Joe Roberts’ The Push for Change (PFC) campaign and event.

An unusual scene on a Kingston Highway today.
A man — pushing a shopping cart across the country — made a stop here this afternoon.
The Ontario Pipe Trades Council is proud to join with UA Canada in supporting Joe Roberts in his message “The Push for Change”.

UA Canada is extremely pleased to announce that we are the PUSH FOR CHANGE – presenting sponsors. We have raised $507,000.00 for this 18 month campaign(2015).
